Chris Sponheimer is a registered patent attorney with experience protecting the intellectual assets of innovators and entrepreneurs. Specializing in biomedical, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, Chris brings a strategic approach to navigating complex patent landscapes both in the U.S. and internationally. With a focus on maximizing patent protection and business value, he offers comprehensive legal solutions to safeguard your creativity with proactive legal expertise.
Previously, Chris worked for an international IP firm, a national law firm, and in-house for a manufacturer of injectable pharmaceutical containment and delivery systems. In addition, he was previously an adjunct professor at Colorado School of Mines and a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to his legal practice, Chris was an engineer at a medical device manufacturer specializing in gastrointestinal diagnostic equipment.
In his free time, Chris enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and kids.
